1. To the best of our knowledge content that is uploaded by the hotels who are members of World of One Ltd or affiliated to us (“Hotel Members”) will not:
a) infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party;
b) contain any bugs or viruses (including but not limited to worms, trojan horses, logic bombs and other things or devices which are malicious or technologically harmful);
c) include the image of any person who has not consented to the use of their image;
d) promotes unlawful violence;
e) be unlawful, harmful, misleading, threatening, defamatory, seditious, obscene, indecent, pornographic or sexually explicit, infringing, harassing, discriminatory, in breach of confidence or in breach of privacy;
f) be otherwise illegal or cause damage or injury to any person or property.

Further, World of One Ltd reserves the right, without liability or prejudice to its other rights and remedies, to delete any content and/or disable access to any Media Content in breach of clause 4.1 or which in World of One Ltd opinion are in breach of clause 4.1. Where necessary, World of One Ltd will report any content in breach of clause 4.1 to local law enforcement agencies.

4. These Terms do not grant or confer any rights on any person or party (other than You and World of One Ltd and where applicable, each party’s successors and assigns) pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
1. Basis of Contract
a) These conditions apply to the contract between World of One Ltd and the Consumer member when a member registers to join World of One Hotel Group.
b) These Conditions may be amended by World of One Ltd at any given time without prior notice and limitation to the benefits. Hotel Members must check these conditions for changes every time a One Loyalty consumer Member intends to use their benefits.

3. Member Registration
a) One Loyalty Membership registration will be available on the World of One Ltd website.
4. Price
a) Membership is free of charge.
5. Use of One Loyalty Membership Benefits
1. Approval of the One Loyalty Consumer Membership benefits by a Hotel Member hotel is at their sole discretion and subject to availability.
2. In order to qualify for the One Loyalty Membership benefits you must provide the relevant details of your membership including personal details and one loyalty membership number at or prior to arrival at a Hotel Member.
3. If One Loyalty membership benefits are not available at time of arrival at the hotel, the benefit cannot be redeemed or replaced by any other benefit or cash sum.
6. Termination
1. Termination will be possible by emailing wo1@worldofone.com and giving 30 days prior notice of your intended termination date.
2. World of One Ltd will terminate your membership and delete all your details relating to your One Loyalty Membership within 30 days of the termination date.
7. Limitation of Liability

1. These conditions together with World of One Ltd Privacy Policy constitutes the entire agreement between a consumer member and World of One Ltd regarding membership of the One Loyalty Programme.

1. You agree that these Terms, including their subject matter and formation, shall be governed by the law of England and Wales and irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claims or disputes arising out of or in connection with the same.
