These terms of use and any policies linked to within them (“Terms”) set out the basis on which guest users and registered users (“You”, “Your”) may access the website www.worldofone.com (“The Websites”) and make use of the promotional content hosting and sharing platform and tools (“Services”) made available through the Website.
This Website and the Services provided through it are operated by World of One ltd, a private limited company incorporated and registered in England and Wales under company number 14333777 and having its registered address at Park Lane Business Centre, 78 Park Lane, Stockport, Cheshire SK12 1RE. In referring to World of One Limited the scope of these terms and conditions encompass all collective sub brands under this company name.
By using this Website and/or the Services, You confirm that You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. You will also be deemed to accept and agree to be bound by these Terms when you register to use the Services.
If You do not agree to these Terms, You must not use this Website and/or the Services.

All videos uploaded to the Websites will be visible only upon approval of our team. We endeavour to ensure that all content is live within 24 hours of upload. All product packages purchased on www.worldofone.com will be enabled upon receipt of full payment.
Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer the services of refund/cancellation. However, we are happy to amend or upgrade your existing World of One subscription should you wish to do so.
a) Accessing and browsing this Website is free of charge. However, in order to upload promotional content and videos (“Media Content”) for hosting by World of One Ltd as a hotel you must register as a user and, where applicable, provide payment details.
b) Full details of the Services, charges and usage limits are disclosed during the user registration process.
c) You shall provide World of One Ltd (or the payment gateway chosen by World of One Ltd) with valid, up-to-date and complete credit/debit card details or purchase order information and any other relevant valid, up-to-date and complete contact and billing details requested. Upon acceptance by World of One Ltd of any purchase order, World of One Ltd shall invoice You (invoice generated electronically) for the applicable charges which must be paid before the Services can be provided and, in any event, within 30 days of the invoice date.
d) All charges shall be payable in GBP Sterling and shall be non-cancellable and non-refundable.
e) Any of the Services offered by World of One Ltd free of charge shall be subject to review and World of One Ltd reserves the right to charge for such Services at any time after 12 months has passed from the date You register to use the Services (whether or not you have uploaded content).
f) Subscription for paid-for Services shall be for a minimum term of 12 months. If you do not cancel Your subscription 30 days before the end of each 12-month period, it shall be automatically renewed for a successive 12-month period (each period being a “Renewal Period”).
g) World of One Ltd shall be entitled to increase its charges for the Services at the start of each Renewal Period upon 30 days’ prior notice to You.
h) We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
1. World of One Ltd subscription packages can be purchased. Our subscriptions are based on annual payments. – vary depending on the offer you receive – additional terms and conditions apply depending on which package you choose; this will need to be accepted to complete your application.
2. World of One Ltd optional upgrades can be purchased. Optional Upgrades are one-off purchases.
3. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully for the Subscription package and/or optional upgrades that you select. These terms and conditions must be agreed to before purchase.
1. You must provide World of One Ltd with complete and accurate information upon registration and notify us if Your information changes. If you are a business or other legal entity, the person whose email address is associated with the account must have authority to bind You to these Terms.
2. If You choose, or You are provided with, a username, password or any other piece of information as part of World of One Ltd security procedures, You must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party (except within Your own business organisation). If You know or suspect that anyone other than You knows Your username or password, You must promptly notify us by email to wo1@worldofone.com.
3. World of One Ltd has the right to terminate Your account (and delete all Media Content uploaded to Your account) or disable any username or password (whether chosen by You or allocated by World of One Ltd) at any time if, in World of One Ltd’s reasonable opinion, You have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms.
1. By becoming a hotel member of World of One Ltd you agree to follow the below eligibility criteria.
2. Eligibilty Criteria :-
· Good or Excellent ratings on Tripadvisor or other channels.
· Must offer high to luxurious standard of accommodation and services.
· Cannot be affiliated to an existing hotel group of 20 hotels or more.
· The hotel’s branding, marketing, collateral and media/photography must be of high standard.
· The hotel must have been recently renovated or kept up to a very high standard on all levels. Should this not be case, hotels with renovation plans will be considered.
· Accept onto the Loyalty Programme of World of One Hotel Group
3. Should you at any point break any of the criteria points listed above World of One Ltd reserves the right to cancel the Hotel Membership Agreement unless a mutual agreement between both parties is agreed. This remains at World of One Ltd’s discretion.
1. You warrant that You shall not upload any Media Content or other content that:
a) infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party;
b) contains any bugs or viruses (including but not limited to worms, trojan horses, logic bombs and other things or devices which are malicious or technologically harmful);
c) includes the image of any person who has not consented to the use of their image;
d) promotes unlawful violence;
e) is unlawful, harmful, misleading, threatening, defamatory, seditious, obscene, indecent, pornographic or sexually explicit, infringing, harassing, discriminatory, in breach of confidence or in breach of privacy;
f) in a manner that is otherwise illegal or causes damage or injury to any person or property.
2. World of One Ltd reserves the right, without liability or prejudice to its other rights and remedies, to delete any Media Content and/or disable access to any Media Content in breach of clause 4.1 or which in World of One Ltd opinion are in breach of clause 4.1. Where necessary, World of One Ltd will report any Content in breach of clause 4.1 to local law enforcement agencies.
3. You agree to keep all records necessary to establish that Your Media Content does not violate this clause and to make such records available for inspection upon World of One’s request.
4. World of One Ltd reserves the right to cancel the Hotel Membership agreement with your hotel should the hotel not provide the quality content required.
5. Termination of membership on grounds of media content standards remains at World of One’s discretion.
1. As between You and World of One Ltd, You own all right, title and interest (including all intellectual property rights) in and to the Media Content (including all rights to the audio (including music), video and performances comprised within the Media Content).
2. By uploading Media Content to the Website, You grant to World of One Ltd an irrevocable, transferable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence (with the right to grant sub-licences) to copy, transmit, stream, distribute, (including but not limited to distribution of Media Content source files), publicly perform, syndicate, broadcast, display (through all media now known or created in the future) and make derivative works from Your Media Content for the purposes of:
a) displaying Your Media Content on this Website;
b) distributing and displaying Your Media Content on third party websites (including but not limited to websites owned or operated by travel companies which have registered for the Services) whether by streamed or embedded means;
c) promoting World of One Ltd and the Services; and
d) archiving or preserving Your Media Content for disputes, legal proceedings or investigations.
3. You acknowledge and agree that once uploaded, Your Media Content cannot be deleted by You. You may upload replacement Media Content; however, World of One Ltd has no control over whether any travel companies which have selected Your Media Content for distribution on their website choose to display such replacement Media Content. World of One Ltd may agree in its sole and absolute discretion to delete Media Content uploaded by You in exceptional circumstances and at Your sole cost and expense.
4. You shall be solely responsible for maintaining backup and archival copies of the Media Content and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for the loss of Your Media Content.
5. Unless specified during the user registration process or by agreement between You and World of One Ltd, neither World of One Ltd nor its selected partners will display any advertising together with Your Media Content.
6. You acknowledge and agree that once uploaded, World of One has the right to use and edit your media content for World of One’s own promotional purposes.
7. Should your uploaded media content not adhere to World of One quality standards, World of One Ltd has the right to remove the media content from its Website platform.
1. If You stream or embed Media Content on Your website(s), You agree that we shall entitled to use on the Websites.

1. World of One Ltd respects the rights of others (including intellectual property and reputational rights) and may remove Media Content that violates those rights. If You believe that Your rights have been violated in any way, please submit a written notification (if You are asserting Your rights in respect pursuant to The Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and equivalent legislation worldwide) setting out full details of the activity You believe has infringed Your rights, a description and link to the relevant Media Content, Your contact details and a statement by You that You are acting in good faith and that the information given by You in the notice is complete and accurate.
2. Upon receiving a notice in accordance with clause 10.1 World of One Ltd may remove any Media Content in its sole and absolute discretion unless an order is made by a court of competent jurisdiction.

1. Link to your Booking / Reservation Page
· No Hotel bookings will take place on the World of One Ltd Website.
· There will be a space on your hotel account page to add your Hotel’s booking page URL link.
· The upload and testing of the booking URL is your sole responsibility.
· This will not be monitored by World of One Ltd
· World of One Ltd will not be liable for any external Hotel Bookings nor any internal issues with your Booking URL should they arise.
2. Tripadvisor Link
· There will be a space on your World of One Ltd hotel account page to add your Tripadvisor widget link.
· Information on how to do this will be included in the World Of One Ltd Hotel Info Pack.
· No Tripadvisor bookings will take place on the World of One website.
· The upload and testing of the booking URL is your sole responsibility.
· This will not be monitored by World of One Ltd
· World of One Ltd will not be liable for any external Tripadvisor Bookings nor any internal issues with your Tripadvisor widget link should they arise.
Removal of Links
1. World of One Ltd have the right to request a deletion of a link at any given time. Should World of One Ltd request the deletion of a link to the website that is within your control then you agree to delete the link promptly.
2. To request the removal of a link, please email wo1@worldofone.com. Unless you have a legal right to demand such removal, removal of the link will be at our discretion.

Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies to which World of One Ltd may be entitled, World of One Ltd may terminate its agreement with You without notice and without liability, in addition to World of One Ltd’s other rights of termination in accordance with these Terms, if:

2. You commit a material breach of any of these Terms and (if such breach is capable of remedy) You fail to remedy such breach within 14 days of being notified by World of One Ltd of the breach.
3. You no longer offer the quality of services required to be a World of One Ltd Hotel member.
4. You do something or there is an event at your Hotel that may impact on the reputation of World of One Ltd.
5. You have not implemented sufficent renovations or improvements at your Hotel.
1. World of One Ltd may update this Website at any time. However please note that any of the content on this Website may be out of date at any given time and we are under no obligation to update it. We do not guarantee that this Website or any content on it will be free from any errors or omissions. World of One Ltd may change the Services at any time including the way in which they are branded, delivered, priced or restricted.

6. These Terms do not grant or confer any rights on any person or party (other than You and World of One Ltd and where applicable, each party’s successors and assigns) pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
1. Basis of Contract
a) These conditions apply to the contract between World of One Ltd and the Hotel member when a member registers to join World of One Hotel Group.
b) These Conditions may be amended by World of One Ltd at any given time without prior notice and limitation to the benefits. Hotel Members must check these conditions for changes every time a One Loyalty consumer Member intends to use their benefits.
2. Member Registration
a) By registering as a member of World of One Hotel group, you are automatically enrolled onto the One Loyalty programme.
b) Membership of the One Loyalty Programme whilst being a member of World of One Hotel Group is obligatory.
3. Price
a) Membership is free of charge.
4. Obligatory benefits to offer
a) By being a hotel member of a One Loyalty, you are required to offer One Loyalty consumer members with a valid membership (This can be verified on the One Loyalty client database on your World of One account page) a free upgrade and late checkout subject to availability.
5. Additional Benefits to offer
a) Should you wish to offer One Loyalty consumer members additional benefits. You can do so by adding these benefits to your World of One account, in the hotel overview tab under One Loyalty programme.
b) You are solely responsible for any additional benefits that you offer One Loyalty Members
6. Termination
a) Termination will only be possible should you wish to terminate your Membership to World of One Hotel Group.
b) Once the appropriate documents and notice period have been given for your World of One Hotel Group Membership, One Loyalty membership termination will be automatic.
7. Limitation of Liability
