NON-REFUNDABLE RATE PAYMENT / GUARANTEE
Upon confirmation, a credit card is required as guarantee of the reservation. The full amount of the stay has to be paid before the 7th day prior to the arrival date via a link that we will send you via email, following the European legislation on online transactions. At the time of the check-in a credit card is required to guarantee any extras. Children from 0 to 3 years are free of charge if they sleep in the bed with their parents. Baby cot supplement € 10,00 per night.

CANCELLATION POLICY The reservation can be cancelled without any penalty up to 8 days before the date of arrival. In case of late cancellation, amendment, no show or early departure the full amount of the stay will be charged as penalty.

FLEX RATE PAYMENT / GUARANTEE Payment in hotel. Upon confirmation, the credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. The day before the arrival a pre-authorization will be made for the entire amount of the stay which can be reconfirmed on departure or replaced by another payment method. Please note that the name of the credit card holder used to make the reservation must match the name of the guest staying at the hotel. At the time of check-in the credit card used during the reservation process must be shown at the reception.

CANCELLATION POLICY Free cancellation. By choosing this rate, you can cancel your reservation without any penalty up to 24 hours from the date of arrival. In case of cancellation or changes beyond this deadline, or in case of no-show or early departure the full amount of the stay will be charged. Children from 0 to 3 years do not pay if they sleep in the bed with their parents. Baby Cot Supplement € 10,00 per night.
